AWR Regulations 2011

The aim of Agency Worker Regulations or 'AWR', implemented from the first of October 2011, is to provide agency workers with the same employment conditions of a permanent employee in the same assignment.

After a qualifying period of 12 weeks, agency workers will be entitled to comparative benefits including equal pay, hours, overtime, breaks, training and holidays.
