8. We pre screen all candidates with Literacy and Numeric tests we make sure we have a five year working history and 2 written or verbal working references. The temporary staff also complete, Manual handling test, Geographical tests, Road sign tests, Tachograph tests. We can add any further test that you would like to our application pack. Every candidate fills in all of the application pack which means we will offer you the very best candidates that are available. 9. We make sure that we see all of our temporary staff before we send them out to work along with the tests this gives us a better feel for the worker and stops us sending you unsuitable candidates. We take two pieces of ID, (passport, Birth certificate) we take a copy of all Driving Licenses (Photo card, Counterpart) Bank Details and Proof of NI (NI Card, Previous Wage slip). We check all of our candidates driving licenses every three months with the DVLA. This enables us to find out if our candidate accrue any points. Along with CRB checking our candidates this gives you ultimate security.
